OEM EMA module
The EM4214 OEM EMA Module allows you to integrate EMA transducers into your system and measure thickness of steel pipes, flat steel, rods, and other products made of the steel as well as aluminum and other metals with an operating gap between the transducer and metal up to 6 mm.
The EM4214 consists of a hardware unit and a EMA transducer connected to the unit. At your request, the hardware unit can be built into a waterproof housing. The scope of supply may include various EMA transducers including ones operating with a gap up to 6 mm, high temperature EMA transducers, as well as pulsed electromagnet transducers.
For ease of integration of the EM4214 into your system, documentation is provided describing the module and the exchange protocol.
The operating gap of up to 6 mm (dirt, rust, salt deposits, paint, varnish, enamel, plastic or other non-conductive coatings)
The technology enables thickness measurement with no couplant and preliminary surface cleaning
Works both on flat surfaces and on surfaces with a radius of curvature of 10 mm and more
